Chakra Healing Program

Hello Cosmic Traveler, happy to have you here!  This program is a five week coaching program aimed at helping you deep dive into understanding and healing a particular chakra and its influence in your life. During the course of these five weeks we will focus on learning about a particular chakra in great detail and how imbalances or wounds surrounding this chakra may be playing out in your experience. In our weekly 1:1 meetings we will explore a variety of exercises, tools, and practices to heal and balance the chakra in question to better align with your intentions. Your sessions may also integrate your personal astrology and include experiential healing opportunities- such as guided meditations or reiki. I can’t wait to go on this transformative journey with you!
