About Vibrant Heart

Hello Cosmic Travelers and Celestial Friends, and welcome to Vibrant Heart Guidance and Transformation! My name is Vanessa Hart, founder and sole operator of Vibrant Heart and it is so lovely to meet you. Our motto here is really very simple:                 

                                          The Universe Runs on Love

But what does that truly even mean? At the core of all of my offerings is the belief that the Universe best functions when in high vibrational balance, harmony, and optimal functioning- almost the way a human body has healthy homeostasis. That balance is fueled by high vibrational energies- such as joy, compassion, light, and greatest of all, love. Accessing these higher frequencies and planes of consciousness can help us radically transform ourselves and how we experience our lives. Vibrant Heart exists to provide many services and opportunities to get closer to higher consciousness and universal love as possible.

While I make it a point to always be learning, growing, and evolving so I can best serve my clients and collective alike as a practitioner I am currently an experienced tarot reader and psychic, astrologer, certified reiki practitioner (specializing in distance healing and chakra healing), and certified health and life coach. Before doing this work I received a B.S. in Child Development, a B.A. in Women’s Studies; and spent many years in the human services field doing everything from crisis hotline work, to advocacy work, to teen education, to direct care with individuals on the ASD spectrum, to domestic violence counseling. I am so grateful for the vast array of experiences I have had that support me in supporting others every single day. My mission is to always do whatever I can to bring you back into balance, into health, and most of all into alignment with the frequencies of a love based living experience.
